1. Who we are
WENEX is a global consumer technology brand. The WENEX online store at wenex.us serving the United Arab Emirates is operated by Univa Group FZC LLC, a company established in the SPC Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Products purchased through wenex.us in the UAE are sold and fulfilled by Univa Group FZC LLC. In these terms, “WENEX”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Univa Group FZC LLC in respect of sales made through wenex.us in the UAE. Contact: support@wenex.us.
2. Eligibility and market
By ordering through wenex.us you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your place of residence) and able to enter into a binding contract. We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
3. Products and information
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, and imagery accurate. Minor variations (for example in color reproduction) may occur. If we discover a material error in a product listing that affected your order, we will contact you with the option to reconfirm or cancel with a full refund.
4. Pricing
Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED). Any applicable fees or charges are shown before you confirm your order. We may change displayed prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect error, fraud, or unavailability — if payment was taken, it will be refunded in full.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card number. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
7. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not absolute guarantees.
8. Cancellations
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request cancellation by contacting support@wenex.us — where cancellation is possible, we will confirm and refund you in full. Once an order has been dispatched, the Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
9. Returns, refunds, and warranty
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Orbit V2 is covered by a 12-month limited warranty as described in our Warranty Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under applicable UAE law.
10. Promotions
Promotional offers may be subject to additional displayed conditions (such as duration or availability limits) and may be changed or withdrawn at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
11. Intellectual property
All content on wenex.us — including trademarks, product designs, text, imagery, and video — belongs to or is licensed to WENEX and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
12. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products, and our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights or dispute channels available to you under applicable law.
