Where we deliver
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Additional markets may be added in the future. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order processing
Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and, where applicable, successful payment authorization. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been accepted.
Delivery charges and estimates
Standard delivery within the United Arab Emirates is AED 5.
Delivery charges are always shown before you confirm your order. Estimated delivery timing is shown or communicated during checkout and order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and not absolute guarantees.
Cash on Delivery: orders paid by Cash on Delivery carry a total delivery charge of AED 25, shown as the “Cash on Delivery” delivery option at checkout. This is the full delivery charge for COD orders — the AED 5 standard charge is not added on top. Prepaid orders (card and digital wallets) use the AED 5 standard delivery rate.
Tracking
Where tracking is available for your shipment, we will share tracking information with you once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or failed delivery attempts. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us promptly at support@wenex.us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Your delivery information
Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete when ordering. Repeated failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect information may require the order to be rescheduled or returned.
