Who we are

WENEX (wenex.us) is a consumer technology brand. The WENEX online store in the United Arab Emirates is operated by Univa Group FZC LLC, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal information we collect through wenex.us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Privacy questions: support@wenex.us.

Information we collect

Order and contact details — name, email address, phone number, and delivery address when you place an order or contact us;
Payment information — payments are processed securely by our payment providers (such as WooPayments/Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our servers;
Support correspondence — messages you send to our support addresses;
Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, and site-usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

to process and deliver orders, returns, refunds, and warranty claims;
to provide customer support;
to operate, secure, and improve the website, including fraud prevention;
to understand site usage through analytics;
to comply with legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses essential cookies (for example, WooCommerce session cookies that keep your cart working) and performance/analytics cookies. We use Google services (such as Google Analytics via Site Kit), which set cookies to help us understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may affect site functionality.

Payment providers — to process payments and prevent fraud;
Delivery partners — to fulfil and deliver orders;
Service providers — website hosting (Hostinger), email services, and analytics providers (Google);

International processing

Third-party translation (Orbit V2)

The real-time translation feature of WENEX Orbit V2 is not operated by WENEX. It runs through the NebulaBuds application, published by Shanghai Zhangchan Wireless Technology Co., Ltd. When you use translation, your audio is transmitted to and processed by that company's service, not by WENEX. WENEX does not receive, store or process that audio.

That processing is governed by NebulaBuds' own privacy policy, published on a separate domain: https://buds.zen110.com/private/en-US.html. Please read it before using the translation feature. Every other feature of Orbit V2 — noise cancellation, transparency, playback and the case controls — works on the device and does not depend on this service.
