The WENEX online store in the United Arab Emirates is operated by Univa Group FZC LLC, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. All returns require prior authorization: contact support@wenex.us with your order number before sending anything back.
Please do not send a product back without prior return authorization. Once your return request is approved, WENEX Support will provide the current return address and shipping instructions.
If you simply change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery provided that:
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Unless required otherwise by applicable law, original delivery fees (if any) are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
You may request an exchange to another available Orbit V2 color within 30 days of delivery, subject to the same condition requirements above and to stock availability. For voluntary color exchanges, you are responsible for the applicable shipping costs.
If your product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, contact support@wenex.us as soon as possible. In these cases we will replace the product or refund it at no additional cost to you — the change-of-mind shipping rules above do not apply. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under applicable UAE law.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we aim to process the refund within 2–5 business days. After the refund is issued, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary by bank or payment provider and can typically take an additional 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method cannot receive a refund, our support team will agree an appropriate alternative with you.
